Convenient location for the early flight in Chitose. Found in a shopping area next to Chitose international airport, and another terminal.

Conveniently located clean hotel with very very helpful staff. A great selection of options, spicy food. Location just next door to airports, food court and good shopping area in Domestic and terminal and Departure. And also extremely close to Steiff Discovery Walk.

The hotel is comfortable with very nice personnel at night shift. The location is favourable, in the morning flight. Love eating outside and there's Miso Kitchen, set easy walk to the venue.

Pretty standard and reliable hotel with very helpful staff at night shift, everything was very good. One of the best continental breakfasts with delicious good food and coffee machine, for instance. Magnificent and perfectly comfortable location, so close to everything.

It was an extremely convenient hotel, no complaints whatsoever, would be happy to recommend. My room was big and functional, had feather pillows. The breakfast was exceptionally good and delicious, the check in was fast. In fact, I had no problems with free Wi-Fi in all rooms. The location was particularly good and fantastic very close to runway and met requests.

Appreciated its good and magnificent location just next door to which sat on top of the terminal itself and even a spa and cinema in the terminal building. Furthermore, on a morning flight to Haneda.

Exceptionally comfortable and reliable place, it has pleasant staff at night shift. The rooms are fairly quiet and the continental breakfast offered has variety of dishes. The hotel is conveniently located and adjacent to very good shopping area and many shops and restaurants there and a morning flight to Haneda. Every time we stay in Chitose, like to stay here.

fairly clean place, efficient service, very helpful staff. new-fashioned and neat room, with central heating, a work desk and a tv. conveniently located in the ski area. and around 4-6 minutes' walk from snow miku sky town. simply no reason to complain, really really nice stay.

As someone who needed to catch an early flight, I loved the convenience of staying at this hotel within the airport terminal. The price was very reasonable, and the room was clean and spacious, with a great view overlooking the airport runway. The basic amenities were all there, and the shower was strong and hot. To top it off, breakfast was included in the rate, which made my morning so much easier.
All was fine with my stay, no complaints!
